Meet the Chef: Jordan Tseneklidis
Sharing his passion for nomadic open fire cooking art, Chef Jordan Tseneklidis introduces the elegant taste of fire, the integrity of taste and the importance of raw materials. Founder of the culinary project Nomade et Sauvage, Chef Tseneklidis embraces the philosophy of outdoor cooking, in remote locations, over an open fire, seeking to preserve the culinary identity and essence of the geographical region and its people.

This summer Chef Tseneklidis, visits Blue Palace and joins our Creative Consultant Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, they will present simple dishes that are infused with a Greek provenance, showcasing the raw materials.

Meet the Chef: Ioannis Beastalis
A passionate Chef with love for meat-based meals, Chef Ioannis Beastalis is inspired by traditional and modern techniques from around the world. Based on his philosophy that ‘every meal needs to ignite all senses’, he will present simple dishes infused with outstanding ingredients, and imaginative combinations.

This summer Chef Tseneklidis, visits Blue Palace and joins our Creative Consultant Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, to introduce a delicious meal based on top-quality, seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
