With a refined approach to Greek cuisine, Anthós’s menu is derived from ingredients sourced from our own organic, kitchen garden, along with our circle of carefully selected regional farms. Placing an emphasis on whole foods, and locally sourced fish and meats, our menu brims with fresh vegetables, fragrant herbs, and aromatic spices, culminating in vibrant, seasonal dishes each prepared to enhance the natural flavor of each ingredient.
Dine al fresco, alongside our organic garden and observe the gastronomic journey. We believe that our open-air kitchen is our culinary duty, and a responsibility, allowing you to view the entire process while enjoying an enviable view of the island of Spinalonga.
New, creative touches will also be added this season including an exclusive olive oil pairing experience, where guests will taste our very own Phāea Olive-Oil, as well as a stylish selection of signature cocktails, curated by Aristotelis Papadopoulos. On top of that, guests will experience three unique events with esteemed innovative Greek Chefs, who along with our Creative Consultant Chef, Athinagoras Kostakos, will delight them with an unforgettable gastronomical experience.
